Empower NextGen CIC is dedicated to breaking down barriers and creating meaningful opportunities for underrepresented and marginalised groups. Based in Yorkshire, starting with Leeds and Bradford, we work to uplift individuals from South Asian, Black, and other ethnic minority backgrounds, including refugees, asylum seekers, and women facing social and economic exclusion.
Our mission is to amplify voices, develop leaders, and build a future rooted in equity, representation, and opportunity. We champion inclusion by delivering high-impact programmes that nurture personal growth, leadership skills, and community resilience.
Empower NextGen stands apart from conventional service providers by reinvesting surplus funds directly into community initiatives. Our work is driven not by profit, but by purpose – ensuring sustainable social impact through mentorship, training, and partnerships that empower individuals to rise, lead, and create change within their communities.
